What is Folden?
Folden is the world’s first collapsible outdoor furniture with integrated sealed cushion storage.
In seconds, the chair transforms from comfortable outdoor seating into its own protective enclosure, with the cushions sealed inside. No separate cover. No deck box. No cushion commute.
How does Folden work?
With one simple, one-handed motion, the Club Chair transforms from comfortable outdoor seating into a closed enclosure with its cushions protected inside. Pull the strap to open it again when you’re ready to sit down. From seated to sealed in seconds—without putting down your coffee.
How does Folden protect against rain?
When fully closed, the Club Chair forms a sealed enclosure designed to keep rain out and protect the cushions inside. Open it when you’re ready to relax, then close it when you’re done. No separate furniture cover or cushion storage box required.
Can Folden stay outside all winter?
Yes. The Club Chair is designed for year-round outdoor use, including Canadian winters. Its recycled HDPE frame and marine-grade stainless steel hardware are built for life outdoors, while the closed chair protects the cushions from snow and rain.

What happens to the cushions?
They stay right on the chair. As the Club Chair closes, the seat and back cushions are enclosed inside its protective shell. When you open it again, they’re already in place. No carrying cushions indoors, finding room in a deck box or putting them back each time you want to sit down.
What is Folden made from?
The Club Chair combines a substantial 5/8-inch recycled HDPE frame, marine-grade stainless steel hardware and two 5-inch-thick reversible cushions wrapped in Sunbrella® performance fabric.
Concealed fasteners and minimal crevices give it a clean appearance and make it easier to maintain. Components are designed to be replaceable to help extend the chair’s useful life.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering places a paid order for a FOLDEN Club Chair before it’s ready to ship. Full payment is collected at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges. Current pre-orders are expected to arrive in Spring 2027.
How much does the Club Chair cost?
Pre-order the FOLDEN Club Chair for $995 CAD, regularly $1,195, and save $200. Free standard shipping to eligible Canadian addresses. Pre-order pricing ends December 31, 2026. Applicable taxes are added at checkout, where you can review your total before paying. Expected delivery Spring 2027.
Where do you deliver?
Free standard shipping to eligible Canadian addresses. We do not currently ship to the territories.

When will my chair arrive?
Current pre-orders are expected to arrive in Spring 2027. This is an estimate, and production or delivery timing may change. We’ll email you if your expected delivery timing changes and provide tracking or delivery arrangements when your chair is ready to ship.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel before your chair ships for a full refund, including the taxes and delivery charges paid for the cancelled items. Email hello@foldenoutdoor.com with your order number.
Once your chair has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
What happens if delivery is delayed?
We’ll contact you with the revised estimate and explain your options. You can keep your pre-order or cancel before shipment for a full refund. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll refund it.
Can I return my chair after it arrives?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your chair, subject to our Refund Policy. For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping, and the original delivery charge is not refundable.

When does the warranty begin?
