This website is operated by Two in Ten Holdings Inc., operating as FOLDEN Outdoor (“FOLDEN,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the FOLDEN Outdoor website and to purchases, including pre-orders, made through it. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.
Agreement to These Terms
By using this website, you agree to the terms applicable to website use. When you make a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you before completing it.
If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.
To make a purchase, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. If you act on behalf of a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.
Using Our Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.
You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, transmit malicious code, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
If you use a customer account, please protect your sign-in information and notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access.
We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or misuse. This does not remove our obligations under existing paid orders or applicable law.
Product Information
We aim to describe our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and viewing conditions.
Pre-production products will be identified as such. Their design, materials or finish may differ from later production versions.
Information about future products, pricing and production timing may change as development progresses. Changes to future offerings do not automatically change the terms of an existing paid order.
Purchases and Payment
Please review the product description, price, available delivery information and applicable policies before completing a purchase.
Applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated before payment is required.
You must be authorized to use the payment method provided.
If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material error in its price or description, we’ll contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, any payment collected for the cancelled items and associated delivery charges will be refunded.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment or a legal restriction. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, we’ll refund it.
Club Chair Pre-orders
A Club Chair pre-order is a paid purchase of a product that is not yet ready to ship. Full payment, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is collected at checkout.
The expected delivery timing is shown on the product page when you order and confirmed in your order confirmation. Current pre-orders are expected to arrive in Spring 2027.
If we expect that timing to change, we’ll contact you with the revised estimate and explain your options. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. If we cannot fulfil your order, we’ll refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and associated delivery charges and taxes.
These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery arrangements depend on the product and delivery address. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances outside FOLDEN’s control. This does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel a pre-order, request a return or report a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
Our Warranty explains the coverage available for defects in materials, workmanship and product function.
Please contact us if you experience a problem with your FOLDEN furniture so we can review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Product Use and Care
Please follow any assembly, use, care and safety instructions supplied with your product.
Use FOLDEN furniture for its intended purpose. Misuse, unauthorized modifications or improper care may affect warranty coverage as described in our Warranty.
Feedback, Photographs and Testimonials
We welcome suggestions and candid feedback about our products.
By submitting product feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use them to evaluate, develop and improve our products without owing compensation for that use. You retain ownership of any copyright in your submitted material. Personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting feedback does not give us permission to publish your name, identifiable photographs or testimonial in our marketing. We’ll obtain separate permission before doing so.
Please submit only material you own or are authorized to share, and avoid including another person’s private information without their permission.

You may view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other copying, distribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and other service providers.

Using third-party providers does not remove FOLDEN’s obligations to you under your purchase agreement or applicable law.

We aim to keep the website available and its information current, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or other reasons.

We may update website information to correct errors or reflect changes to our offerings. Such updates do not remove our obligations under existing paid orders or applicable law.

These terms and the applicable product description, order details, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Warranty describe the terms of your purchase.
If a general provision in these terms conflicts with a specific provision in the Refund Policy or Warranty concerning returns, refunds or warranty coverage, the specific provision applies, subject always to applicable law.
The Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal information.
Severability and Non-Waiver
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

An update will not retroactively reduce your rights under an existing paid order.
