Manufactured in Canada by Affinity Outdoor Living
Our Canadian manufacturing partner, Affinity Outdoor Living, brings hands-on experience manufacturing premium outdoor furniture from HDPE, with thick upholstered cushions and the comfort of indoor lounge seating - such as the Captain Chair from the Huron Collection shown here.
Based in Lakeshore, Ontario, Affinity has been manufacturing outdoor seating, dining and lounge furniture since 2019. Founder James Gibb brought an 18-year background in plastic-parts manufacturing to the business - a foundation of engineering, materials knowledge and practical production experience.

Working with HDPE and generously cushioned seating makes Affinity a natural fit for the FOLDEN. Its team understands how the frame, cushions and construction details come together to create comfortable, durable outdoor furniture.
FOLDEN founder and industrial designer Sean Dempsey brings the invention, design and product vision. Affinity brings engineering and manufacturing expertise to refine that design for production and build it here in Canada.
